We have seen lower denoms but no coinage or really small notes like the one dinar note. There are rumors that the RV has gone for $8.20 …if that were true how would they make change without those coins or really small notes? How would you get change when they buy a soda or pack of gum? No coins or small notes yet imo.

I believe it's absolutely a “when” and not an “if”... I have seen to much behind the scenes and to much paperwork...it’s the when that has driven us all nuts.
A lot of Intel Providers have been asked to stand down and keep quiet this weekend ...so you may see intel pretty scarce this weekend.

IMO, they are doing something at the CBI...it's all related to financial inclusion which includes their financial steps. Iraq is about to make a major economic change, on one condition...what do you think it is?
...Contractors that have been waiting to get into Iraq are now being paid. They are doing something to prepare, I believe, what we call article 2, an announcement that yea we are Article 8 and that yea we have been using the tools inside of our country...now we are about to do it outside of our country on an international status...things are looking really good...
