Instant Pot Baked Beans - seriously the BEST baked beans I've ever eaten!!! I could make a meal out of these yummy beans! Loaded with beef and bacon. SO easy to make! Great for potlucks and cookouts. Ground beef, bacon, onion, baked beans, ketchup, mustard, beef broth, garlic, brown sugar. I took these to a cookout and everyone asked for the recipe. A new favorite!!

These Instant Pot Baked Beans are the BEST baked beans EVER!!! Loaded with ground beef and bacon with just the right amount of sweetness. They were so good that I could have made a meal entirely out of these yummy baked beans! These are going to be a staple at all our summer cookouts this year!

How to Make Instant Pot Baked Beans

These Instant Pot Baked Beans are very easy to make. You start by browning the ground beef and bacon. The next step is the most important step. You need to deglaze the Instant Pot insert. That is just a fancy term for adding some liquid to the hot insert and scraping up all the cooked bits from the bottom. This step will help you avoid getting the BURN notice.

After you have browned the meat and deglazed the insert, simply add the remaining ingredients and cook. I used canned baked beans, and these Instant Pot Baked Beans only needed an 8 minute cooking time. That doesn't include the time it takes for the pot to come to pressure. After the beans have cooked, do a quick release and serve.
