Pretty Beautiful Unlimited Popples Make Great Pillows is a cobalt blue (cool) to white (warm) jelly thermal with silver holo microglitter and matte neon glitter in a variety of shapes. I wore it in four thin coats and it had a fast dry time, with some texture. It tends to rest in an intermediate state between the two colors for me.
