I have been collecting bits and pieces from recent blog posts and web chat transcriptions. The below is my attempt at organizing these into some form of coherency. I know it is still a work in progress, but with time seeming to be short I am sharing in the hopes that it might be of use to others. I also realize that some parts a little contradictory, but I left that in place to show that there are differing views. Any specific, helpful feedback is greatly appreciated.
