Now let's hope they passed it!!

They passed it, IMO. There is no reason to keep the result secret if it failed, because there are no changes. But if it passed, there will be lots of changes, so they could keep it secret until they are ready to deal with the repercussions.

Not only did they VOTE (and have not released the official votes of said vote), but then they READ IT. IMO, that ALONE implies IT's DONE. IMO,

It would seem the timing of this occurring would take place at any time simply because of their celebration of Eid El-Fitr.. A time of giving, and breaking the fasting period of Ramadan... Gives them about a week plus to adjust to the new rate, and prepare for this celebration...

With the CBI talking about issuing small again from account balances, reeks of the Banks know the rate, as they would need to adjust for equivalency would they not? Imo, they would now know since it passed and what it means. I could imagine the people will now start talking about it and even leaking it out to family, friends, neighbors, roof tops, etc,, lol ~ MM

I’m speculating that this is NOT at a PR.... the amount of 100,000 IQD would be a little over $100 USD (I think), and this would be an insult. All IMO
