Apparently, there has been a transfer of fiscal power globally, from the City of London to Switzerland. The system has actually changed in regards to management at the highest levels. The replacement of LIBOR (London interbank overnight rate) is significant, because this group sets the rates in most all markets . While this evil is still in play, the movement is positive. Obviously, these people will not go quietly, nor should they probably be allowed to abandon their skill sets. One must understand, the reason they have obtained this power, is they have assembled the smartest people in the room, and that would be most every room. May they surrender in peace.
