"Directive to Group Leaders: Do No Harm" by Ron Giles - 6.25.19

Much has been said against joining a redemption or exchange group. Often the group has been promoted by the group leaders that he/she or they have negotiated a better rate for the group than one can get on their own. They argue that if they all join together, they can get a block rate or contract rate that is better than an individual can negotiate for themselves. If this is true then why have so many of us chosen not to join a group? If this is true, then why, in the past, have we been warned against joining a group by those who are in the know about the exchange/redemption process.

Let’s explore some possible reasons why this counsel was given. I am not part of the “Powers That Be,” so I am giving my own opinion and am not a spokesperson for them. I will also address my remarks under the assumption that the Zim Bonds and their redemption constitute the main source of the funds that will do the major work for Humanity.

1. Group Dynamics. The majority of individuals who have responded to the promptings to purchase Zim have done so because their hearts are set on doing Humanitarian work with the funds. Because the rates they will receive will determine the breadth of the work they can do, it is important that each one approaches their work as a Stewardship Responsibility that they accept from the Real Powers That Be. The rates they receive are tailored to the intent of their hearts as well as the skills they have to organize their work. Some will work on a larger worldwide scale and others more local in nature. Question: How can the interviewer of a group redemption appointment paint a broad paintbrush of value for a group rate to receive collectively when it is the individual who has the responsibility for the projects he or she will do? Most often the group will be judged by the least qualified individual, making all others suffer. Therefore, joining a group for a group redemption should be avoided. Do Not Come From Fear, the redemption appointment will work out for your best good if you are free to redeem on your own terms.

2. Leadership Intent. The intent of the leaders should be well designed and publicized. Meaning that the organization of the group has the intentions to do Humanitarian work on an individual basis and not on a group basis which is so easy to eliminate individuality. The leader should foster self-reliance rather than a group agenda. Members of the group should not be coerced or manipulated to fall in line with a leader’s agenda but have the ability to come from the intent of their own heart for their work. A publicly organized group should be non-denominational in nature and never be organized under a theological structure that requires adherence to a particular set of religious beliefs. Preaching or teaching superiority over others is a red flag as this behavior is offensive to God who does not judge His children as one better than another. Divisive behavior for any reason is a tell-tale sign that the group is to be avoided. Is the leader allowed to punish on his own or exclude individuals for non-compliance to the leader’s agenda? If so, leave that group to their own demise. Pastor Jones with his Kool-Aid demands, comes to mind.

3. Organizational Structure. A group needs a leader who organizes the structure to do humanitarian work, but the structure must allow for individual decisions in implementing the program, while at the same time creating a structure to facilitate the end goal of the group. Creating a structure that others may follow is prudent if such a structure reinforces individuality and freedom to do their own work. If one puts their currency with the group, the participants should always have the freedom to retrieve their currencies without punishment or harassment.

4. Payments or dues. A group that comes together to do specific activities should never be charged for entrance into the group. Nor should there be dues to stay in the group. If the leader is taking funds out of the organization for his/her own personal use, or to fund the organization, it may be a scheme by the leaders to be employed at the expense of others. This can be wrong on so many levels that it may cause the members to become suspicious as to the true nature of the group. Such activities may cause severe repercussions for the group at the redemption appointment and cause the one-time-opportunity, to go south for the whole group.

5. Exclusivity or priority of redemption. The Zim is meant to fund individuals doing humanitarian activities. There are no plans in place from the NPTB that allows for exclusivity or priorities for the redemption, NONE. All Tier 4 Zim holders will redeem at the same time with no one group or another given preferential treatment. Tiers 1-3 are not Zim holders but are holders of currencies for revaluation. The Zim redemption is planned for an individual Sovereign redemption process by appointment only. Why would a Sovereign lawgiver join in a group? There will be no internet collection of Zim with the end result to destroy the Zim on your own. This is obviously a fraudulent activity to get you to destroy your Zim. The Zim is to be collected and taken out of circulation as they represent a liability for the Country of Zimbabwe. Teaching or preaching by a leader that they are a priority just because they are part of his/her organization, is doing harm and the leaders will be subject to a questionable redemption experience. Doing harm in any way with respect to the redemption process will be met with severe consequences, the least of which would be a very poor rate and the worst of which could be met with legal actions against the leaders. This is serious business and may be met with dire consequences for offenders who hurt those Sovereigns who have obtained Zim to do their humanitarian work.

6. NDA. The Non-disclosure Agreement has many aspects that are basically designed to protect we redeemers. It will outline terms that will secure our persons as well as our funds. NEVER AT ANY TIME WILL THE NEGATIVE USE OF OUR FUNDS BY OTHERS, REFLECT ON US TO WHERE OUR FUNDS WILL BE CONFISCATED. That won’t happen. The QFS will protect our funds from falling into the hands of bad actors including errant leaders who do harm.

The foregoing are items that may be involved with groups of any kind. It is easy for the Cabal to have organized leaders and put them in place to limit the good that can be done on an individual basis. That is why we are counseled to avoid groups and do our redemptions on our own. If you have joined a group that has become suspect of particular activities that you do not feel comfortable with, it is recommended that you retrieve your Zim notes, back your car out of their parking lot, gain information about the redemption process on your own, and proceed to redeem your own Zim at a negotiated rate you feel comfortable with. Then you get to enjoy the fruits of your own organization and flourish in your Stewardship responsibilities, the ones that you came here to perform.

God really is with us all, without exception.
