I am hoping they are just repeating what was shared with them today in the mosques. Obviously no way of knowing but one would have to ascertain the education is going on everywhere and now using TV to relay the coming RV. TV to RV...just caught that! LOL!!! IMO

yes ...The "without concensus" is referring to Mahdi giving the political blocs 48 hours to come up with concensus candidates for the remaining Cabinet positions ... or he would take it upon himself to nominate them and put them up for vote ... the 48 hours has passed .. now we'll see who he nominates for the vote scheduled for Saturday ...

{Baghdad: Al-Furat News} revealed an informed source, the names of the candidates for the four ministries vacant in the government cab (Interior, Defense, Justice and Education).
The source told the agency {Euphrates News}, "The differences are still ongoing between the political blocs on candidates for the interior and defense is unlikely to pass them in the parliament session on Saturday."
"The Saturday session may witness changes and does not discuss the Ministries of Interior and Defense because the alliance of the other stick to the candidate {Abdul Ghani al-Asadi} (commander of former anti-terrorism forces) and rejected by the Fatah alliance that he has indications of it."
The source pointed out that "the candidates for the defense are (Salah Hariri and Najah al-Shammari) and the first position is better, but it is unlikely to vote on the ministries."
He pointed out that "the House of Representatives may discuss the nomination of {Safana al-Tai] of the Ministry of Education and [Rizkar Mohammed] to the Ministry of Justice."
The House of Representatives, has been included completion of the cabinet cab and the termination of the proxy positions at the top of its agenda in its meeting scheduled for Saturday.
It is noteworthy that Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, gave Tuesday the political blocs a week to resolve their differences in the names of candidates for the cabinet. link

Halabousi discusses with US official opening of Iraq to international markets

President of the House of Representatives Mohamed Halboussi discussed on Thursday the opening up of Iraq to international markets during his meeting with Vice President of the American Chamber of Commerce for the Middle East, Steve Lotus.
"The meeting discussed ways to strengthen trade relations between US and Iraqi companies, expand the partnership between them, as well as the deployment of commercial agencies in line with the economic policy of Iraq and its approach to opening up to all international markets," said a statement by the Halaboussi Press Office. Called for "the entry of US companies and investors in the fields of health, energy and agriculture."
For his part, "Vice President of the American Chamber of Commerce to seek an advanced commercial partnership with Iraq in all areas."

Parliamentary sources reveal candidates for vacant portfolios

Informed sources from inside the House of Representatives revealed leaks to the names of candidates for vacant portfolios, which is expected to be presented by Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi in front of parliament next week.
The source said that these sources circulated the nomination of Abdul Ghani al-Asadi to the portfolio of the Ministry of the Interior and Salah Hariri, Najah al-Shammari to the Ministry of Defense, Judge Rizgar Mohammed to the justice portfolio and Al-Taie Ministry of Education.
