The Prime Minister congratulates the Iraqi people on the occasion of Eid Al Fitr

Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi on Monday congratulated the Iraqi people on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr.
The congratulations came in a statement issued by his press office and received "Al-Ghad Press", a copy of which was written "to congratulate the Iraqis and the peoples of the region and the world, by Eid al-Fitr."
It is noteworthy that the Iraqi government had announced earlier, the holiday began the official holiday, on Tuesday. LINK
The region is preparing to receive 150,000 tourists on Eid and predicted huge revenues

The Kurdistan region is preparing to receive a large number of tourists during the holiday of Eid al-Fitr, while the Tourism Authority confirmed the end of all preparations for the Eid. Economists expected the region's imports in the Eid season to rise to 450 million dollars at an exchange rate of 250-300 dollars per tourist.
Tourism Authority spokesman Nader Rusti said in a press statement that the Tourism Authority has completed all preparations for the Eid Al Fitr holiday, and will provide all services to tourists and control of tourist facilities through the formation of several mobile committees.
He added: During the past year we have received on the holiday of Eid al-Fitr 150 thousand tourists, and we expect to increase this percentage during the Eid because of the improvement of economic and political conditions in the Kurdistan region.
He pointed out that the Tourism Authority is working through the media media to define the tourist areas in the Kurdistan region and attract the largest number of tourists to it during the holidays and other events. LINK
