So riddle me this ...Was JFK jr. pronounced deceased .. like there is a death certificate ?? SO ..if he is recorded as being dead.. can he come back to life and claim to be and American or a citizens to run as a president ? Of has he been lost at sea for a long time and is now going to be showing himself to still be alive and reclaim what was his .. yet .. was this or could this be considered FRAUD?
If he was alive all this time and never showed himself being alive and still maybe living in the states.. was this committing fraud ... then again ,,, is RBG doing the same .. and is actually dead and no one has shown proof of life of her ?
Maybe MarkZ has the answer.. probably not he can't answer if he has to file a income tax. and why if so.
