"A Question for all of us" by Bonni B - 7.23.19

After I read the Genisys post by Lul, I felt very sad for all of us. Then, I asked myself a question. When did we all hand over our lives to the alter of money? The crazy Satan worshippers handed over their lives for fame and fortune. I realize there is a big difference but the concept is similar.

We hang on the words of total strangers to lead us to the promised land but wake up to find out We are living in Sodom and Gomorrah. Bummer! We can not fix what's been broken for thousands of years, just by wishing it so.

We have been chasing this DREAM for so long that maybe we forgot to live our lives. Everyday we live with the promise of a new life, a new house, a new car, a new future. What would we be doing, right now, if there never was a reset? If we never would have bought currency? How much did we spend????? Was the price we paid worth ruining our lives over? Who is responsible for our losing houses, cars, lives, friends and families?

We put our lives on hold for "The Dream". Our family and friends think we are "Bug Shit Crazy". The definition of insanity still means, "Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results." Maybe, we should spend less time obsessing and more time living. I admit sometimes I still fall into that pattern.

My favorite all time saying is from the movie Shawshank Redemption, "Life comes down to a simple choice: Your either busy living or your busy dying."

God, has a plan. Why are we trying to manipulate it? TRUST! All things have their own time. Another bummer.
