At the end of June it was a done deal but the bankers wanted to keep the funds on their balance sheets for month end. Which resulted in a 48 hour delay. Where have we heard that before. Now its July 8th and he still waiting for the process to start. The only positive note is that he isn't asking for emergency funds again. So is he funded or not? Is he a perpetual fund raiser or the answer for humanity? He seems straight forward and upfront but when you google his name, yikes. Why did they stop with the weekly conference call? The line was free. It was a good source of information and it showed an organization. It seems its now everybody's fault but Zap's. Next we will hear is that he is going into a quiet period. This usually lasts until he needs emergency funding. I don't know, my friend submitted a project years ago, can't get any confirmation of receipt and now after all the years of waiting he is living on the street. Eating when he can and sleeping where we can. Sad. When he reached out too Zap for help, it fell on deaf ears. I am sure there are many such as him. People who believe fully in this process are now broke and losing their homes. What waste of human capital. At the end of the day putting all the disparity aside, it would be nice to know without ambiguity, is Humanus in funds or not? If not, exactly when. We all know what he purports to do with the funds but its all pipe dream until he receives any funding. So here is the skinny, Zap is getting his funds from the RV and not from a trust. If the two events were not linked, he would have been already funded but he isn't. So when many of us have our liquidity event, so will Zap. Don't think its any different. The only difference is the illusion. Hope he get s funded which is a sign that we all will. Best of luck to all of us.
