Dear Appointment Professionals:
As I sit here preparing my projects and preening for my impending meeting with you, as I suppose many others do, I cannot fail to find a comparison with preparing for that supposed meeting with my Maker after the Last Roundup.
Some of us have taken this opportunity to clean up our trip, so to have a chance to fulfill our life mission (or our supposed needs). We strike up a closer relationship with Truth.
Others at the appointment may adopt the attitude, “Who are you to be judging me?” And of course, they’d likely say no less to their Maker when they meet. The angels must be grinning wing to wing, in between the weeping fits.
It’s simple really. We go on living for our selves, as though that’s all there is, until finally we experience ourselves in the expansive context of a Greater Self and community happens. The soul develops and grows to take its place in the Oversoul.
Though some are slow. Community isn’t precious to them yet.
We live in a land of broken mirrors now that are reflecting many skies. But we’ll know separation’s lie once we’ve bent down by our cut feet to pick up some piece of that bright glass and seen the truth at last, for no matter it’s so fractured each fragment shows it clear: There is only one sky each one reflects. There is only one great Spirit we are meant to share, for love to reign among us here when we shall mend the shards of our myopia.
Makes the job much less complex. Simply discern what sort of sky they live beneath.
