The SDR 3.8 billion ($5.3 billion) Stand-by Arrangement approved in 2016 expires in July. "IMO", I think I remember WS or Militia Man stating multiply the SDR value by a factor of 3 and this should be the area for the rate. 5.3÷3.8=1.39. 1.39×3=4.17. I'LL be the FIRST in the exchange line.

SDR rate is $1.41-1.42. Multiply by a possible 3 and you get the rate

How can the desert become the first source to provide energy for all mankind?
28th July, 2019
The construction of a large solar power station in the desert can provide the world with green energy-rich hydrogen that does not adversely affect climate, German author Tim Koch said.
"Hydrogen is energy rich and water is formed only from burning it," Koch said. "It is a supernatural molecule that can solve all the current climate problems."
The world is now using fossil fuels, from which its owners are earning huge sums of money. "We have technologies that provide this kind of energy for decades, and with which we can completely dispense fossil fuels. Unfortunately, this does not happen. There are whole countries thrilled to withdraw treasures from the ground, And burn them.
Instead of burning fossil fuels that are formed after a long time, humanity can store renewable energy sources in the form of a chemical, hydrogen, which can be used as fuel for cars or aircraft, or as fuel for heating systems and as a source of energy for electricity supply.
The big advantage is that carbon is not formed in the reaction of oxygen and hydrogen in which water is produced.Carbon dioxide is not formed, which many researchers blame as the main cause of climate change.
Today, a large amount of hydrogen is used, with 55 billion cubic meters of hydrogen being used annually, mostly for fertilizer production. Koch stressed that Europe does not have enough resources to produce enough hydrogen. However, the situation in the deserts is quite different, "There are calculations that 300 square kilometers of desert will be sufficient to provide human-powered." This would solve "the energy problem of humanity and provide us with unlimited access to energy."
In order to provide the entire human population with energy, we will need only 0.2 percent of the desert area." LINK
