Wow Saints!!! This is really big deal. Is this Article 140 or the other part of the HCL? I'm not sure but...I wonder if it has to do with Mr. Frank's "Oh my God...we could be next" at the conclusion of the M CC. Maybe or maybe not, but this is a very, very positive news report. Love you all.

Kurdistan agrees to send 250 thousand barrels of oil per day to Baghdad

Sources confirmed that the delegation of the region, which is visiting Baghdad agreed to send 250 thousand barrels of oil and placed in the revenues of the national oil company "Sumo".
The source said that the approval was made by the Kurdish delegation headed by Barzani pleased with the payment of Baghdad 880 billion dinars as salaries to the employees of Kurdistan and Peshmerga.
She added that the Prime Minister of Kurdistan pleased Barzani confirmed that Baghdad sent 443 billion dinars only to the region, which forced him to export his oil to distribute the salaries of his employees. LINK

Disclosure of the date of receipt of the 2020 budget and parliamentary finance confirms: There will be a boom in the Iraqi economy

A source in the Finance Committee of the parliamentary, on Tuesday, the date of receipt of the draft budget for 2020, while noting that the budget will bring a boom in the Iraqi economy.
The source said that "the Finance Committee agreed with the Ministry of Finance to receive the draft budget 2020 in September next," noting that "there will be a qualitative boom in the Iraqi economy through drastic changes in public expenditure and investment funds and services."
The source, who preferred not to be named, said that "the 2020 budget will be strengthened by the final accounts and will include tables on internal and external indebtedness, taxes, customs, border crossings and returns of state property."
He pointed out that "the draft budget 2020 is now working on a specialized team, under the supervision of Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, will include two prices of oil fixed and moving." LINK

The amendment in the amended 2019 budget will usher the 2020 in. Kurds are happy campers today.. But, we knew that already from this past Sunday. Alak told us that they Iraq Banks were to EMBARK on electronic banking..
Well to do that and to open private satellite banks globally needs a rate change. The IMF meeting Friday may have the numbers they need to dot I s and cross T s. Either way they have demonstrations staring them in the face this Friday..Will they be aggressive or peaceful?
I'll bet they'll be celebratory in nature after all we have learned this week and last. We even now here buzz around the world that China has something in store for the world..
Our side of the pond wants a level playing field and I'll bet the apposing pitcher is about to throw the first pitch.. imo ~ MM
That is about 166 million a day.. 7 a week 365 a year. BTW they have a surplus because the price of oil has been well over $56.. For a while too.. Ah ya.. lol ~ MM

The Kurds have been pushing for this for years and I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have agreed to send the 250,000 barrels of oil per day without guarantees of the HCL! IMO!

Let them east cake now. lol. That money is for the citizens imo per the constitution. It was reported that 2018 had one too. They would have told the IMF back on the 04/10/2019 by law.. imo.. So if they are going to distribute the fair share to the citizens that is to be in the coming days. As in a few.. lol Looking good ah ya! ~ MM
