"Zim Redemption Rate" by Gene - 7.17.19

A few "guru's" have been saying that we're going to get a redemption rate of, at best,

0.00000035

PER zim.

This is beyond ridiculous. Even if you had 10 quadrillion, you'd walk away with about 3.5 billion $$ and sorry but that simply doesn't cut the mustard.

As an example, a friend who is redeeming and I are going to tackle resurrecting the NJ shore town hardest hit by the Sandy storm. That includes leveling and rebuilding over 500 condemned homes, ripping up all the streets and replacing everything and getting the electric wiring buried also and gas to every home, new curbs, new sidewalks, new culverts, new storm drains, new street lighting, new traffic lights, repaving every street in town (its all like broken glass) and who knows what else?

Guess what? To rebuild the 500+ homes alone, which we intend to get done in a year (oh yeah we can), the cost is going to come in around $200 million (2500sq ft on average times $150/sq-ft and no, this cost if for a nice, middle of the road home you'd enjoy living in - NO frills, times 500+ - you do the math).

We estimate by the time we're finished in 2-3 years we'll easily have spent $1 Billion.

At the stated rate, we'd have to spend EVERY penny of the interest on the paltry amount we'd get at that ridiculously low rate for 3 years to get this done without being able to do absolutely any other project. Surely this is exactly what the alliance wants - to throttle us so we never really fix anything. What a cabal thought!

And then, what if you want to do several projects in parallel to get as much done as you can? Don't you think the alliance would be overjoyed at you're doing so? I do! Where is all that money going to come from? Certainly not from the interest on the pocket change amount we'd get at those ridiculously low rates.

At $3.5 billion principal (10 quadrillion at 0.00000035 rate), at say 7% interest, all you'll get a year is $245 million. Yeah, if this is all we're getting we'll be able to polish grass blades in a park or dust off a road or two but not a whole helluva lot else and Earth will STAY the way it is forever.

We need high trillions to quadrillions of $$ to really make a serious dent on Earth.

I agree with someone who said if whats been stated previously is all we'll get, its not worth even starting any humanitarian project because the money isn't there to do it. The stated rates make zero sense. The alliance is not THAT stupid. They NEED us to fix Earth. Unless they give us the money we need to do so, it may be time, post first contact (which has been said to be this year but we'll see) to go find another planet to live on.

As far as cost of repairs I bet you wouldn't believe, the hurricane that caused a lot of wind and water damage to Houston, Tx a few years back was estimated to have caused $3-4 TRILLION in damages. At $245 million a year in interest (7% interest on $3.5 billion), it'd only take you over 12 THOUSAND years of saving up the interest to fix it. Thats pretty quick, huh? See my point? The stated rates are beyond ridiculous. They're stupid!

What I could believe is a rate of 0.00000011 for the take the money and run types. What do they need bazillions for? Even with 100T, thats still a fortune for living off of ($11 million, interest of $770 thousand at 7% - who couldn't live very comfortably on that?). For humanitarians, I'd believe 0.25 or 0.35 with NO zeros removed. In other words, a 100T note would yield 25T to 35T. This makes far more sense and its the kind of money we're going to need to fix the mess the cabal made of Earth and then, as I said, if you're running 5-10+ projects concurrently (which, if you know how, is very easy), thats going to add up to a metric crapload of money needed every year.

I'm discounting all this "intel" that we're going to be getting pocket change for our zim. As I said, the alliance knows what things really cost and they need us to fix this mess. They're not giving us crumbs to make us happy that we can do something minimalistic. The big stuff is what most needs to be fixed and at the stated rates, its impossible. I'd say this is a pretty good indicator that the reported rates are nothing but BS, maybe even cabal disinfo. Yep, they'd sure love for us to NOT be able to fix Earth. That'd work out well for them. Hmmm!
