Patient Appointment Executives:
Is it the soul you’re being trained to discern in us?
I know there’s various ways of defining that. And you likely know, there’s those who may not have one yet.
It’s a jewel to be found, hewn, rounded, polished fine. Those that lie with abandon have obviously not mined its ore; nor have those that steal for play inquired of what there is to own; nor those that live for only self conceived of smelting it. Hammer has not struck that anvil that awaits within, nor sharpening sparked bright tears from them.
No. For a soul is truth’s glad work.
A change occurs when that firm tong takes hold for that truth-process to begin, self’s shadow blending with Creator’s light. All hiding place becomes forgot. Small lies infuriate with their obscuring work. One cannot steal; and if one somehow finds excuse and does, one brings that purloined object quickly back again; for something far more valuable had been left behind — the soul! — put down to free the hands for ill.
The whole being reels and retches then in vile storms where calm had been. Why had he done this thing, he ponders through his pain? What insecurity in him lies there as source, some breech through which stormy seas might surge again some soon-embattled day? So that he searches long with tears to know his vulnerability, then battens well the doors to shut the darkness out.
So does the soul receive its form and polishing, and light flow into light. Such is integrity’s narrow course, which finding one does not transgress.
The soul’s path is a narrow one, as has been said, not trod by most. It’s good you’re trained to find the ones who’ve chosen it.
