Preface: Given the latest Ashtar commentary from Sharon Stewart on Aug. 4, I am prompted to post and contribute a short essay from my writing. In my time roaming around this Planet, and especially now given the low level energies created by individuals and events, meant to deter our success in the inevitable new paradigm, I am certainly learning the supreme value of higher frequency thinking, perception, words written and spoken, and behavior. The message from Ashtar offers great insight--I would encourage as many as possible to re-read it several times. I trust that the words below first written in 2012 will contribute to the a higher light infusion in the field of this current experience. My choice to do so, and I thank Patrick again for this forum.
True Being
Inside this new Love, die.
Your way begins on the other side. Become the sky.
Take an axe to the prison wall.
Escape.
Walk out like somebody suddenly born into color.
Do it now.
You're covered with thick cloud.
Slide out the side.
` Die and be quiet.
Quietness is the surest sign that you've died.
Your old life was a frantic running from silence.
The speechless full moon comes out now.

Unplug.
Unplug from television.
Unplug from the Media, from conflict...
Unplug from movies, from radio,
From so called social networking...
From smart phones, from texting...
The images and distractions
That shut out truly Vital connections.
Unplug from advertisements that severe connection
To Heart and Higher Mind.
Unplug from these things.
From outward enticements that are someone
Else's agenda for
Profit, or personal gain.
Unplug from the realm of ego.
Simply turn attention toward a Lighted Pathway,
A path already lighted for You.
Unplug from news,
From dire reports, and cataclysmic forecasts,
From incendiary events.
Unplug from opinions,
From expectations, and pressures.
Turn to the Light.
Go to it.
Take down a guitar,
Walk in the Forest,
Sit on a rock precipice,
Overlooking a grand expanse...
That connecting place,
That bridge to the great
Wonderland of interior space...
That space with easy Gateways,
And pleasing Portals,
Other Dimensions...
All in You.
Then, as Rumi says:
Fall in Love in such a way
That it frees you from any connecting.

Meditation for Today:
Quiet the Mind, Quiet the Body.
Sit upon a cloud of cushy-silver, and allow a
Direct lift to a Landscape of Freedom,
Of Joyful sensation and a High-Vibe
That fills every inch and crevasse of
Being Now.
Pray for Today:
I pray that I see clearly and unplug my energy
Immediately from all distractions, and plug into high vibration,
Plug into Love, Joy, Creator,
Plug into forgiveness, Gratitude,
And Faith in a Higher Power.
