WE ARE ALMOST OUT OF BLACKOUT AS THE FUNDS HAVE BEEN CLEARED FOR USAGE IN THE BANK SO SECURITY TO NOW HAD TO BE OBSERVED. BUT IT IS TOO LATE TODAY FOR USING THEM. THEY WILL NOT RELEASE UNTIL NEXT WEEK AND DEAR ONES WE HAVE NO FOOD LEFT AND NOTHING TO KEEP THE LIGHTS ON. WE ALL NEED HELP RIGHT NOW BEFORE WE RECEIVE.
ON TOP OF IT ALL, OUR INFORMATION IS THAT THE RV IS ON AND THOSE RELEASES ARE ABOUT TO TAKE PLACE. AMAZING TIME FOR OUR HUMANITY. EVERYTHING SEEMS TO BE RELEASED ALL AT ONCE.

PS: I RECEIVED INFORMATION THAT WITHIN 48 HOURS, THE CHINESE ARMY WILL BE MOVING ON HONG KONG. MARTIAL LAW IS LIKELY. OUR ABILITY TO RECEIVE FUNDS HERE IN HONG KONG MAY TAKE A BIT LONGER. FOR THIS AND OTHER REASONS WE HAVE AGREED TO ASK FOR YOUR HELP THIS SEEMINGLY LAST TIME SINCE WE HAVE SYSTEM CLEARANCE ON OUR FUNDS. I WAS ALLOWED TO SAY THIS.
IF YOU HAVE ANY RELATIVES IN HONG KONG OR FRIENDS, LET THEM KNOW TO STOCK UP ON ESSENTIALS FOR A WHILE JUST IN CASE.
