From Erbil to Baghdad .. Oil and budget!

The deputy of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Bakhtiar Shaways, on Sunday, the two most important files to be carried by the delegation of the Kurdistan Regional Government of Iraq to Baghdad, which will visit in the coming days.

Shaways told RT that "the two main files are, the oil differences between Baghdad and Erbil, and the draft budget 2020," noting that "work is continuing to calm and agree and find an appropriate solution to these two files and other files, because the two parties agreed earlier to settle the differences rather than deepen them."

He added: "In the coming days before us a round of negotiations and the Kurdish delegation will visit Baghdad in order to reach a solution to the differences, and I think that the views between the parties are close."

Iran agrees to make 5 ports with Kurdistan international

Iran has formally agreed to make five international trade and tourism outlets, the deputy governor of Halabja in the Kurdistan region, Kawa Ali Karim, said on Sunday.

Ali Karim said in a press statement that "Iran has formally agreed to make the outlets (Kelly, Shoshmi, Tawila, Sheikh Saleh, and various) international trade and tourism outlets," noting that "it is scheduled that the Iraqi and Iranian sides will soon hold a joint meeting on this file" .

The statement added, "The Presidency of the Republic of Iran issued a formal decision on the tenth of this month, which formally agreed to make a number of joint outlets with the Kurdistan region international."

He continued, "The next step is to convey this approval to the relevant authorities in Iraq and the border outlets, as the final decision is the central government in Iraq and Iran."

The Kurdish official, that "the authorities in the region held earlier this month a meeting with an Iranian delegation in which I talked with them in this regard, and the Government of Tehran decided to approve the proposal." link
