What could have been: next generation Saab 9-3 Convertible

This is quite interesting to see. And also, sad...

This was going to be the convertible version of the next Saab 9-3.

Which I guess was due out around 2013 or 2014? With the convertible following about a year later. 

Which means it would probably still be around today.
