Stop framing life today as a disappointment or a drudge. Reframe it in your thinking as an adventure. Today is a challenge or a thrill. Tomorrow is a new opportunity or chance for more adventure.
Stop telling yourself that you know what tomorrow will bring. Adventure hangs by a thread and you must be open to sieze that when it appears.
