"World Bank Delay" by (Anonymous) - 9.8.19

So I'm going to address the interference with CMKX but this probably applies to other programs as well.

The Board of governors of the WB are the payees of the CMKX settlement according to Karen Hudes, lawyer for the WB. She has put a lien on David Malpas the president of the WB, and Jerome Powell Fed Res.

She refuses to let CMKX get paid from the World Bank because she thinks the CIA is the main beneficiary of this settlement, (claims CIA tried to bribe her with 1 million shares).

If the Grand Jury for CMKX investigates anyone, it should be her. Looking at lower level people even paymasters is a waste of time.

Now since her article was printed, the Dubai 1 seems to be paying CMKX. Perhaps this is a go around of the world bank issue. However if Karen Hudes lien is still blocking the pkg release, this needs attention.

The above war college seems to support ms Hudes, upon reading her twitter account. This college trains intelligence officers in all branches of service. Sounds like our indoctrinated white hats to me.
Add to this mix: the World Trade Organization also does not really support help to developed countries like the USA, France etc.

WTO is a partner with the IMF. It appears that these organizations are against us getting the RV. I know it seems like an exaggeration, but their mandates are to redistribute wealth from the richest countries to the poorest. Their mandate is to help the lowest 40% at the expense of the richest people, basically the G7...

Why post this, because these are likely the real reason for inaction, no the smoke and mirrors that we get every day....
