The fed reserve is essentially a government franchise given a statute to print money from thin air.
Mortgage debt is not a legal debt because it comes originally from the federal reserve as thin air, not real.
Vee references the case :1st national bank Montgomery vs Jerome Dale... where the judge rules the bank could not force the debt payment of Jerome Dale....
