I’m wondering if buying Zim from private parties is a problem. I’ve purchased some, but in certain cases I have next to zero info on the seller. I’m being told by a friend to buy only from “approved sellers” of which he named 3, and that we need the seller’s info to do the exchange.
Something I read indicated we need name, address & Tax Id Number; in a couple of instances I only have a PO Box for the seller and I don’t have any TINs at all. I’ve bought from maybe half a dozen different sellers.
Does anyone know for sure?
Should I shred the notes I didn’t buy from “approved sellers” ?
I’m only concerned with the seller’s details, I don’t have much concern as to the authenticity of the notes as they (by my sight) pass a few of the security tests.
Thank you in advance!
