"ZCC Counterfeit" by JM - 11.8.19
JM,
I purchased some Zim from Zimbabwe Currency Collectibles in Sept 2016.
All four of The 100T notes were counterfit. ( Quality of the paper was different and there were no black-light flecks like my other T100 notes. )
I wrote to:

He was very cooperative and refunded my purchase price. However, I had to return the currency to him first as he seemed surprised that his supplier would have sent him counterfeit bills. I didn't notify anyone at that time as the "RV was going next Week", and I don't know if counterfeit non negotiable foreign currency is a crime in the US.
Have your friend drop him a line....
