I'm going to cut you some slack because your frustration has hit it's breaking point. I've been there my friend, and I'm here to just offer you some encouragement!! Hang tough, we're so very close!!
Trump is spending like a drunk sailor in order to expedite the take down of the FED. This is by design. It also pertains to the budget. If you "HAVE A BUDGET" you can only spend what's in it, if you do not have a budget, YOU CAN SPEND AS MUCH AS YOU WANT!! Trump is using THEIR money, in order to 'BREAK THE BANK" because let's face it, WE'RE NEVER, EVER GOING TO PAY IT BACK!! That is merely one piece of the puzzle within The Plan.
There are many other items that I could go into regarding what people think Trump is doing vs. what he actually is doing.

Pretty soon, I'll be venting on here as well, if I don't see SOMETHING!!! HELL, JUST ONE FREAKING ARREST WOULD BE NICE!!!!!!!!! And I hope you send me a note cheering me up!!!
