Short answer: Bruce, MarkZ and Tony/TNT have never, in the history of EVER, been correct about RV dates, rates, or any of the other words they toss around, rearrange and spit out week after week, year in and year out:
“800#s, Redemption Centers, Zurich, Iraq, Hong Kong, Reno, Cottrell, rates, the Elders, Admiral, Banks, Tiers 1, 2, 3, 4a, 4b, 4c, 5, John Q. Public, pinging, “my sources,” etc.
They have been, over many years, 100% incorrect. To wit:

It is the goal of the Elders to do the GCR/RV by or before Thurs. Dec. 1 2016.

The 800#s will come out within the next couple of days.
TNT Call Update RayRen98, Tony 2-9-18
Two days ago the IMF sent instructions to 16 regional offices around the world to get the 800#s published. They released the numbers to the banks.

The 800#s should be out Sun. afternoon June 16.

The Admiral has finished the Ministry Group and Tier 3 was buttoned up. Zurich and Hong Kong have a hard set time for release of the 800#s. Redemption Staff was told they would be working on Fri. 29 Nov.

An agreement has been made on the Iraqi 2020 Budget that was effective as of Mon. 25 Nov. 2019. It contained the new RV Iraqi Dinar Rate…. Etc.
With deep respect and heartfelt compassion for EVERYONE on this Currency path — unless you need to have your head examined, you would be wise to pay absolutely no attention to ANYTHING “INTEL providers” say.
And not only MarkZ, Tony and Bruce, but also, ZAP, Zorra, Philip Tilton, Michael Murdock, Jester, Bluwolf, Artmeister, etc. Because NONE OF THEM has been correct either.

So — what purpose do these completely unreliable INTEL providers serve?
I can think of two reasons.
1.) I always think of D-Day when I think of the RV.
I am paraphrasing the history channel below:
“D-Day was the WWII Battle of Normandy, which lasted from June 1944 to August 1944. It was the Allied liberation of Western Europe from Nazi Germany’s control. Codenamed “Operation Overlord,” General Dwight D. Eisenhower was appointed commander of Operation Overlord in January 1944.
Here’s the part that applies to Currency holders, imo:
“The Allies carried out a massive deception operation intended to make the Germans think the main invasion target was Pas-de-Calais rather than Normandy. In addition, they led the Germans to believe that Norway and other locations were also potential invasion targets. Many tactic were used to carry out the deception, including fake equipment; a phantom army commanded by George Patton, supposedly based in England; double agents; and fraudulent radio transmissions.”

Everyone on this path knows that we are in a war for the liberation of Earth, her Kingdoms, and Humanity, from dark Aliens who have held us prisoners for thousands of years.
But this war is not only taking place on Earth, but in the Galaxy, Timelines and Dimensions.
We are in a MASSIVE fight for the Restoration of Light. Peace. Truth. Love. Kindness. Health. Happiness. Wealth. Creativity. Intelligence. Awake and Awareness. Reverence for all Life, etc.
So — if I were part of the Allied Forces to Liberate Gaia, I sure as heck would not announce the DATE of the RV or GCR or GESARA.
If there is one thing that will help finish off the powers that were it is the RV / GCR and GESARA, which is why it feels like it's taking forever, and why they are fighting to the death to STOP it.
The Revaluation of Currencies will, with one flip of the QFS switch, level the financial playing field and wrest the demonic control of wealth out of the hands of the few into the hands of EVERYONE via a tsunami of money all over the planet.
Why would the Angelic, Galactic and Earth Allied Forces tip their hand? They wouldn’t.
Perhaps RV-INTEL providers are a clever Allied deception to gather crooks in a cabal net?
I say “perhaps” because I have no idea. It’s just a thought, but in full disclosure, I pay zero attention to what they say anyway.
2.) The second reason, I feel, that INTEL providers have value is that they keep the RV-fire burning.
By constantly posting about it (albeit falsely,) by constantly predicting it, by constantly keeping the RV / GCR / and GESARA in our minds, they are helping us CREATE those events.
We are powerful, multi-dimensional light-creator beings who have been duped into thinking we can’t create anything. The truth is we can create ANYTHING and EVERYTHING, including a Nova Gaia.
Our thoughts create. As the Light factor on Gaia rises, and as our remembrance of who we truly are becomes clearer to each of us, our manifesting abilities rise with it. Eventually we will create anything we want but for today, our thoughts, prayers, visualizations and words do CREATE whether we realize it or not.
So INTEL providers, whether they know it or not, or care or not, keep the RV thought going and that will help bring it about. It is a law of the Universe. Thoughts create.

I do not believe there will be any “warning” about the RV-800#’s. I think it will simply be announced when it is safe to be announced and all the Allied ducks are in a row.
I do not believe the RV will be complicated or cause chaos. I believe it will be a simple matter of exchanging our currencies wherever it is best and safest for us to do so.
There are going to be so many things happening all at once, the RV is only part of the Allied plans for the Liberation of Earth.
So those are my thoughts, Midwestman.
I don’t think you or we are EVER going to get a straight answer to the question, “When is the RV?” (Think "What date is D-Day?") I believe it will happen whenever it has been planned to happen and until then, we hold our Currency with Faith and prepare ourselves for a post-RV-world as best we can.
