news keeps saying the President is impeached...very ignorant or playing stupid...they are trying to write the narrative...imo

The House of Representatives did Impeach Don, they represent half of Congress. Now, that impeachment is passed its on to the second half of Congress(Senate) that if they agree with the House(most likely not, because they are Republicans) can remove Donald. Regardless of the outcome of the Senate trial, he’ll “ALSO” have the impeachment attach to his name. I would say in my opinion but this is factual.

so now we can say someone is guilty of a crime before a trial with absolutely no evidence?...ridiculous...imo

A lot of people don't fully understand this. Impeaching him is just like bringing charges against someone. Looks and sounds bad, and it is embarrassing, but it is nothing more.
Now it goes to the Senate and THEY determine if anyone is guilty, and if you follow some of the sources I do, that is what Trump had planned all along.
Notice, Nervous Nancy, has delayed sending it to the Senate. She wanted to smear Trump with the charge but she knows now she can be subpoenaed as well as many other accusers and no telling what will come out then.
This was pure BS done along party lines, and not even all democrats went along with it. 5 democrats voted NO and one even changed his party affiliation because of it. This is going to be like a REAL child molester accusing a good teacher of abuse that has done nothing wrong.
When the light gets shined on them in the Senate, the truth will come out, IMO, and we will see who REALLY has done wrong. I, myself, remember Biden BRAGGING about doing EXACTLY what they have accused Trump of. This is actually funny if you just sit back and look at it.
They are going to be like someone armed only with a switch who got in the ring with a fighting bull. It will be bloody, IMO, and nobody will have to look at Nadler, Pelosi, Waters, or that moron Schiff again, other than to maybe see how they look wearing orange.
Some may even get the firing squad, which would be the ultimate irony

There is some discussion in Washington that has caught the attention of some folks and seems to be developing legs. It is said, President Trump's impeachment is unconstitutional because it does not meet the merits/rise to the level of what is an "impeachable offense" according to the Constitution. This is dangerous because it leave a wide open gap to allow a "Party" that has the power to impeach a president can do so for any reason.
What is being considered is to have the Supreme Court, through a law suit, decide the merits of this impeachment. Is it Constitutional or not? Does it have "standing" according to the Constitution's definition of "impeachable offenses" or has the bar been lowered that it does not meet the parameters set by the Constitution and the impeachment gets thrown out. Interesting argument!
The other argument being seriously discussed is, does Pelosi have the power to hold hostage the impeachment process by first demanding to know the rules that the Senate will allow before their vote? Another words she wants to legislate the Senate as well.

From those "news reporters" I listen to, the tables are going to be turned on the House - those who shoved this unwarranted impeachment down the throats of We the People for a President that has committed NO crime or misdemeanor. I wait for that hammer of justice to slam down on the real vipers in the Dem - er I mean the DEN. Well let's include a few on the Repub side too. Whoever the corrupt ones are I hunger to see justice and for We the People to be free from the hooks of crooks. The Patriots are attempting to educate the public of real truths that will be difficult for many to believe could be possible - the horrors and atrocities that have been committed against humanity. God help the children and God help We the People to change our hearts.
