I have seen at this website references about the Prosperity Programs as if the PP's are still active, inferring that there are leaders, or trustees, or administrators. or "whatever and/or whoever, still in charge of these programs. Someone wrote: "To: Whom it May Concern, including the New Powers that Be (NPTB) & Trustees of ALL GESARA Prosperity Programs."
What does that mean? Who are these "Trustees"? It is my understanding that the Prosperity Programs have been declared scams. Let us use Omega Trust and Trading (Clyde Hood's program), and SBC Chorco (Jim Gilmore's program) as examples. Both Hood and Gilmore are dead. Who are the trustees of these programs? If someone purchased "units" in these programs and wanted to check their status, who do they contact? These programs, as I understand these things, were all scams. But, you ask, why does markZ frequently refer to the programs? Because, since they were scams and certain entities within the government profited from those scams, victims shall be paid fines and penalties.
The following was written about these programs in 2010:
Stage 1:
Developing myriad Ponzi schemes and giga-thefts, of infinite variety, and BY ANY MEANS, in order to procure 'base money' for open-ended unreported, off-balance sheet, untaxed leveraging and hypothecation operations.
Stage 2:
Maximizing the potential for the accumulation of trillions of fiat dollars by means of such financial sorcery, both for personal self-enrichment purposes and in order to accumulate a colossal fund of fiat 'money' from Fraudulent Finance operations, ready for Stage 3.

The Prosperity Programs were illegal multi-level money raising "myriad Ponzi schemes and giga-thefts". They were not ordained by the galactic space creatures, such as St. Germain, as claimed by the Dove of Oneness. Just humans trying to make some money through shady activities.
Can anyone, anywhere name a current Prosperity Program Trustee? If so, it is probably a judge. You see, Prosperity Programs, CMKX, and Iraqi Dinar sales, all had some of the money collected for these things ending up in the pockets of certain entities that should not have gotten those funds.
