1. I was told or was under the impression that there would be six (6) professionals to interview us; therefore, I made six notebooks with tabs, etc. Do I only need only two or three binders?
I am not aware of the Six interviewers. I believe there will be an interviewer and some staff who will support the interview; counting the currency, helping prepare trust documents for those without a trust, getting Proof-of-Funds letters, and etc. I am only preparing one 3 ring binder for the interviewer and one each for the three of us who will attend the appointment from my side.
2. May I ask who are your chosen attorneys to set up your trusts and business entities to protect your assets under the Corporation Sole? I am interested in following your lead in getting a corp sole. I am aware that Bernie Beshears still does them, but he too will be gone after this happens. Perhaps he'll have others to 'service' these entities.
My Corp Sole is my attempt for Sovereignty from the Government as it now exists. It is my understanding that Trusts are the only legal fiction structure that will be used in the Restored Republic as the Corporation structure has many Cabal trappings for control. (the Vatican owns all Corporations in the world, including the Corporate USA, Inc., that are Incorporated under the present Government system, EIN etc.) These are really good items to bring up in the interview. They will have forwarding looking info to help us with the use of the QFS and other supporting information; websites and apps to personally connect the QFS, just to name a few.
3. Will you be using common law trusts for each asset? Are common-law trusts easily utilized by the Corp Sole?
The answer is yes. Trusts are a good way to protect assets. In my Corporation Sole, I will use Trusts as the ownership of most if not all of the assets. It provides another layer of protection under the umbrella of the Corp Sole. In truth, I am personally the Corporation Sole as well as the Overseer of Love Won Society. Both entities function as the Corp Sole. My Corp Sole has a contract of peace with all government corporations acting as governments of City, County, State, and the Nation, who have relinquished all jurisdiction over the Corporation Sole by contract.
4. Will you use a law firm as a receiving agent on your behalf and use the firm's address? If not, an accounting firm or a cpa firm?
The transition back to the Restored Republic will take time. I am very leery of the Bar legal system. We will obviously need lawyers (not attorneys per se') to do the contract work for which we will have a need as we implement our programs, but I will assemble them from personal interviews as to their retraining in the new common law venue. This will be a major task. An accounting firm will be an essential part of our strategy to keep people accountable for the use of funds delegated to them. We will be able to get reports of expenditures on every level of users for the entire program. Delegation of authority and accountability for decisions made is the proper stewardship responsibility for our funds.
5. I plan to buy a very large amount of silver and gold coins and then sell them when it seems a good time to sell. Would that be a problem? Do I need to place the profits in a humanitarian or job creation project?
If your intent to purchase and hold gold and silver is for a profit incentive, you may find some real problems as the use of funds for a profit incentive is an inappropriate use of the funds. Your quarterly interest in the structured payout is the vehicle to use as a budget for the use of the funds. If you do get the higher rates I have suggested, you will be hard-pressed to find appropriate uses for the large sums of money you will receive. Using the money to invest for more return on your funds, verges on greed and the income from that source will rotten your funds like a bad apple in a bushel of apples. If the funds you receive on the quarterly payout is insufficient to sustain your humanitarian projects, you have failed to ask for an appropriate rate at your redemption appointment. This shows a serious lack of judgment on your part and one that can be remedied in your planning by requesting a higher rate in the beginning. It is an extreme dereliction of your duty as a humanitarian to not ask for a sufficient amount that will sustain your projects over time and then try to make up for it by using the funds to make more money. To me, this is extremely poor wisdom and those who will conduct your interview will see through this lack of wisdom and short you on the rate that would be available if you had only asked for what you need. At the beginning of our humanitarian work we will have no idea what will be asked of us down the road. If we have not prepared for these extra needs we will have to say no to some really good projects. Excess funds from the quarterly payout can be set aside and used as a Performance Bond to secure your participation in any contracts you enter into. So even the funds that are not being actively used are held in reserve and serve a useful purpose. Nothing is wasted.
6. Are currencies such as the VND available for our personal use or are they part of the QFS Humanitarian projects/Job Creation projects as well?
Personal use for any of the funds you receive is totally supported by the Powers That Be. You are not a sacrificial lamb that thinks that any money you use on yourself is greedy. It is not. Using the funds for your personal wants and needs is essential to your obtaining the Abundance Mentality. This Abundance Mentality is essential to the Ascension Process. If you short your use of funds for personal use in any way thinking it to be a greedy constraint for yourself, you do not understand what these funds are for. It is tantamount to saying you are not ready to ascend to a better way of life. This is the antithesis of the use of the funds under your control. Just be sure your intent for the use of the money for yourself is not to make you look better than the people you are trying to serve. That won't work any better than greed. Use what you need and want, to find the joy and happiness that is your birthright from your Father in Heaven. This is your umbrella of safety as you put the funds to work.
7. Sorry for asking this, but it is important. Will each group who is partnering with your group be included on the Council, or does each group have its own Council? I am thinking the latter.
I look at groups as individuals who join together to accomplish something that could not be accomplished on their own. I believe that each person should stand on their own merits as a team member doing a job. That's why I encourage each person to do their own redemption instead of a leader of the group gathering up the funds and doing the redemption for the whole group. This puts all the decision making in the hands of one or two people, instead of each person being a Sovereign. Each individual should always be in charge of their own funds. Each person will be given a stewardship responsibility when they redeem their funds, it is inappropriate for them to abrogate that responsibility to any other person. This requires each person to clearly define their intentions as a participant in the RV process. Anything less is giving away their personal power and acting as a slave. We are not slaves anymore. We are Sovereigns, working jointly to help the masses to climb out of poverty. The 150 -200 persons who will use the Love Won Society programs will enjoy a loose association with LWS using agreements. They may even join LWS as a member of the Society, but it will not be at the Council level.
8, I desire to change my last name back to my maiden name since I had no children. Isn't it true that we can use any name we choose as long as there is no fraudulent or criminal intention?
Yes, you are correct. The Alliance knows who you are, but they leave it up to you to show up at the redemption appointment and make your case for the rates you request. The name you use is not the main factor, they will know who you are.
8a. I think we are too close now to the changeover to change it. I hope I can do it afterward without too many problems.
I personally think we will have time to right our own ship and do the things that will help us move forward in confidence. Starting the process of a name change is a good thing and it may end up happening before the release of the 800#. I want to think the RV is imminent but wisdom dictates it may still be a ways off. There is a lot of work to be done to ensure our personal safety and the safety of our funds. We are considered the safety net when the Central Bank System breaks down. Somewhere in there, the RV will happen without prior predictions from the usual fake prediction sources.
