Rogue Lacquer From the Ashes We Rise is a clear polish with blue  and aqua holo microglitters and magenta/red/gold multichrome flakes. I wore it in four thin coats on its own and it dried quickly with pretty minimal texture for having glitter. I also wore it in one coat over Moonflower Polish Those Who Came Before, which will be available in March 2020 Polish Pickup.
