On Thursday, the head of the Bayraq Al-Khair Parliamentary Bloc announced the completion of the Prime Minister-designate of his cabinet.

The head of the bloc, Deputy Muhammad Al-Khalidi, said in a statement carried by (Iraqi Media News Agency / conscious) reporter , that "the government cabinet of Prime Minister-designate Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi has been completed," noting that "Allawi will be announced officially next Sunday."

He added, "The ministerial cabinet of the Prime Minister-designate is ready and will be announced next Sunday."

Al-Khalidi continued, "Allawi will inform the President of the Republic and the resigned Prime Minister and ask Parliament to hold an emergency session for the purpose of voting on the ministerial cabinet."

He explained, "There is pressure from some blocs, but they will not affect the passage of the cabinet in the parliament."

A government financial advisor warned against delaying the approval of the fiscal budget for 2020.

He pointed out that "the delay in the adoption of the budget will be a negative factor for the Iraqi labor market, as it will hinder the work of investors and stop economic growth, in addition to creating a kind of anxiety within the economy, that is, the confidence in Iraq."

Saleh stressed that “the Prime Minister should give a message of reassurance to the economic life through the government program by sending the budget to the House of Representatives and approving it, and then rotating the resources and the work of banks and credit and the stability of economic relations with the world and the implementation of the agreements signed by Iraq and the United States in Iraq in the field of American and Japan, which are signs of reassurance in the short term. ”

He noted that "the Prime Minister should agree with the House of Representatives on the approval of important legislation, including the Retirement Law and the unified social security that supports the private sector and state employees, and it is another message that is important to the Iraqis."

Saleh pointed out that "the presence of a strong government capable of giving strong signals for the future of the Iraqi economy stems from these paragraphs and restoring confidence in the Iraqi economy at home and abroad and activating the important investments and interests that support the interests of the people."
