Wow I just found this .. Vary interesting but I'm not sure I understand all the relevance of it. The question is will anyone from Zimbabwe be able to redeem these bonds? Will any of them be able to help their fellow country out?
This really makes me question about the Zim..and redeeming it because I don't see how Individuals of Zimbabwe can or will benefit by the same as US... What guru can explain it?
