Hello, Vee. In my opinion, if there truly were creatures from outer space visiting earth then, yes, they would posses greater technology than humans. I do not believe such creatures exist. It is the responsibility of those claiming that an off-world, sentient computer is in charge of the QFS to prove such a claim. Here are two articles you might find useful.
