Urgent: Russian agency: 10 Iraqi parliamentarians close to Iran infected with Corona virus
The Russian agency "Sputnik" quoted an Iraqi medical source, confirming that 10 Iraqi MPs had been infected with the new Corona virus.
The source, who declined to be named to "Sputnik", said that the results of laboratory tests conducted at the Central Health Laboratory in the capital, Baghdad, had caused the infection of 10 members of the Iraqi parliament, with the Corona virus.
In an interview with "Sputnik," a lawmaker, who asked not to be named, suggested that members of Parliament be infected with the Corona virus, especially since among them are close to factions and personalities loyal to Iran.
A prominent human rights source, for his part, alluded to information about the infection of members of Parliament with the Corona virus, but it does not provide any official confirmation or announcement.
Today, Sunday, Iraq recorded 6 new infections with the emerging coronavirus, bringing the number to 60 cases so far.

The Border Ports Authority announced, on Sunday, the closure of 4 border ports with Iran

Cell spokesperson Alaeddin Al-Qaisi confirmed, in a statement, that “people” received a copy of
it today (8 March 2020) “closing the outlets (Shalamcheh Al-Shaib Zurbatiya Al-Mundhiriyah
Mandali) in front of the commercial exchange movement with Iran at the beginning of this day
corresponding to the eighth of March and will continue until the fifth Tenth of this month, in
implementation of the order ofCommittee No. (64) headed by the Secretary General of the
Council of Ministers.
Al-Qaisi added that "Iraqi travelers will be prevented from entering the aforementioned ports
after the fifteenth of March, and they will be entered exclusively through the Baghdad and Basra
airport executives exclusively."
The Government Crisis Cell, on confronting the Corona virus, announced, last Friday,
that it had taken 8 decisions to prevent the virus, while it asked the leaders of military
operations to implement some of them.

Decisions of the Crisis Cell for Friday 6/3/2020:
Stopping trade exchange with Iran and Kuwait from March 8
Malls open for only three hours a day
Stop receiving arrivals from France and Spain

Continue to disable the official working hours of educational institutions until March 21
Directing health and civil defense teams to flee camps for the displaced
Cooperation and coordination with the security forces to limit the spread of Corona virus in
the country
Continuing to reduce the work time by fifty percent for employees, except for the security and
health institutions.
And the official media broadcast news that confirmed the suspension of the official working
hours of all government institutions until the fifteenth of March, before the media themselves
denied the issuance of this decision.
Within minutes, the official television broadcast a news attributed to the cell, in which he
denied the decision to disable government institutions until the fifteenth of March, stressing
