The enclosed information is provided by the United States Department of Justice Victim Notification System (VNS). As a victim witness professional, my role is to assist you with information and services during the prosecution of this case. I am contacting you because you were identified by law enforcement as a victim or potential victim during the investigation of the above criminal case.
The sentencing hearing for defendant(s), FRANK BELL, TYSON RHAME, JAMES SHAW, has been set for October 5, 2020, 09:00 AM at Richard B. Russell Federal Building and Courthouse, Courtroom 1907, 75 Spring St. SW, Atlanta, GA 30303 before Judge Steve Jones. You are welcome to attend this proceeding; however, unless you have received a subpoena, your attendance is not required by the Court. If you plan on attending, you may want to verify the date and time by using the VNS Call Center or website. If you are a victim of the charged offense(s) and wish to speak at sentencing, please call our office well in advance of the scheduled hearing date.

Funny thing about this is I don't consider myself a victim of Sterling Currency, I consider myself a victim of the Atlanta DA and/or FBI... Sterling didn't do anything wrong in my opinion. However, law enforcement confiscated all our money 5 years ago and really don't seem to give a crap.
But this is a sentencing hearing. They were found guilty of BS. It boils down to pumping sales via the guru sites. However, the part that made them look guilty as hell is one of their wives wrote in an email that she was worried about all the money they were collecting when none of them actually believed the RV was ever going to happen.
So I suppose everyone in dinarland should think about that long and hard. The guys who were selling the currencies didn't actually believe themselves.
