It was 45 years ago today I took a short cut down the railroad tracks and got hit by an Amtrak train speeding along at 80 miles an hour. It was on its way to Chicago. I was on my way to 8th grade at Bannockburn elementary school. I was 14. I had asked the principle if I could serve a detention before school because I was the center on the basketball team and we were playing the teachers in a game -- for fun of course. But I was scared to tell the coach I had a detention.
You are Geno right? I was told to tell you to stop poking the illuminati freaks in the eye....

I missed the early bus. I decided I would just walk. So people always ask me how the hell did I manage to get hit by a train. Well, few things combined to create the meeting of the engine and I. First I was walking on the Northbound track and if I was thinking about that -- it would have been the track where the train was heading right at me. In other words I likely would have seen it. Secondly it was coming from the North from behind on the other track heading south to Chicago.
It did not blow its horn at the gates like it should have. It was also turboline which is pretty damn silent. Just the sound of wheels on track and it moved out of that sound. I felt it before I heard it. But everything happened within a second. It blew its horn as I felt it. FUGG. Only I yelled the real word. Too late-- it honked its horn-- just as I ran to my right. The wrong direction, like a squirrel. Had I run to the left I would be safely in the ditch.
I am pretty sure the engineer was intending on laughing as I dove into the ditch. DOH.
We met at the exact same time and I bounced off the engine. Because I was running and in a stride it got my arm and leg and shot me a long way through the air. I saw the last wheels roll passed my face only a couple feet away. When I sat up my arm didn't come with so I gathered it up with the other hand. Even though the arm would prove to be the longest lasting handicap. The immediate problem was my leg was almost torn off and bleeding to death was pretty imminent. I walked on it hundreds of yards before I collapsed. Long story short, an ambulance and emergency room saved my life and my appendages.
Okay, so... that's my anniversary I celebrate today.

This music video and song I wrote and recorded around 2008 with some additions in the last 24 hours. I entered an Alex Jones contest with it, or perhaps it was a different video but it was around the same time. Alex Jones prominently featured my entry on a page on Infowars. But what happened the night before trumped all that.
It may have had to do with the video. My stalkers who began in 2003, likely wanted to drive the nail back down. My son, who was 19... Got jumped and beaten to a pulp by 4 thugs. He called me to meet him outside. Two guys dropped him off and apparently he was in full heart attack arrest. I got him upstairs to my apartment and he collapsed. He died.
He was gone. I started administering CPR and he came back.
A week later he was fighting fire in Alaska. All-- long-- stories.
But here today, I present the updated video with Alex Jones voice featured prominently.
I am not the fan I used to be and most of us know the wheels went off his track. But, he did wake a lot of us up.

Something happened in the last 72 hours that was a bit of a gift. James Vincent a very talented singer and songwriter who is 77 now, left a comment on my youtube looking for a mutual friend. He and I collaborated to find Gary Bouley, and I had not talked to Gary since 2009.
Gary is playing the leads on this song. Some of the footage is in his home studio. I am happy to be in contact with him. I hope to record with him again. It's very hard to find collaborators who click.

My Great Uncle Lenny Geer was a prominent stuntman in the film. When she is in the phone booth he runs up with birds pecking at his head. I'll see if I can find a link where I talk about him in a comedy bit. Not sure if I can find it. No promises.
