As much as I appreciate Fleming's or whom ever it is...but they need to tell us this:
"China will release RV liquidity starting next Tue 6/16;"How will China accomplish this in the US banks ? To say that that is what there going to do is one thing..but doing it is another.. Unless China does it there and with other Asian Counties and forces US and others to do it ?
