Abundance Program or Programs? – Part 1/2

I’ve mentioned before that the Company of Heaven says that the Abundance Program includes more parts than just the Reval.
In this question-and-answer article, I’d like to mention some of these other sources.
Examples of sources I haven’t mentioned here are wealth sunk in American warships off the Philippines and funds contributed by the world’s elite.
Introducing the Abundance Program
Is there one abundance program or many?
Archangel Michael: Abundance programs, plural. (1)
AAM: There will be other sources of funding [than just the Reval]. (2)
AAM: There is a great deal of wealth, not only upon your planet but off planet. (3)
AAM: Understand, [the programs] are all united so, when we speak of the Revaluation, we are speaking of a continuum of which this aspect of Reval is one. So it is not one or the other. (4)
Can we look at some of these sources please? Is some money coming from the Chinese elders?
AAM: It will come from a variety of sources. (5)
But some of it is coming from the Chinese elders. Is that correct?
AAM: Yes. (6)
Will wealth come in from historical assets (bonds)?
AAM: Yes. (7)
Will the Illuminati’s fortunes be put into circulation?
Matthew Ward: The Illuminati’s illegally and immorally garnered fortunes will be put into circulation. (8)
Council of Angels and Pleiadian Council: Yes, the [Illuminati] wealth is going to be redistributed. (9)
Will the galactics be contributing to the Abundance Program?
The Galactics have no shortage of money and so there will be some very massive projects and the funds will be made available but they will really ask for human leadership in order to not be seen as trying in any way to assume control. (10)
I ask because I remember hearing that shiploads of gold had arrived on the Neptune to be shipped to Earth.
AAM: The channel has shared with you about how we have returned to Earth, shipload after shipload after shipload of gold and that was to anchor this Re-evaluation and St. Germaine’s blessings basically. (11)
AAM: So yes, those transfers have mostly been made and made about a year ago. (12)
That is what the off-planet people contribute right – gold?
AAM: Well, gold is what is being formulated in the other distant planets and even star systems. Gold is a universal currency and it certainly has value upon this planet of Gaia. (13)
Is everything – Reval, historical assets, prosperity packages, etc. – going to be released at once? Or will the humanitarian projects [individuals] and the private groups go first?
AAM: The humanitarian projects and the private groups are going first.
The prosperity funds of St. Germain, etc. are already in the dispersal mode and those will also go to more humanitarian projects. They do not go to private groups.
So it is to ensure that those who have committed in a public or a quasi-public way to their desire of what they wish to do with the funds, and who have taken time to at least begin to formulate what this looks like, will be considered first. (14)

Prosperity Packages
Speaking of the prosperity packages, I’d like to look at them separately. Some folks have already received theirs, have they not?
There are beings that have received funds from various prosperity programs. Most of them have agreed not to share this information. (1)
Will our prosperity package be delivered by FedEx or will it show up as increased digits on my bank account?
AAM: It will be both, actually.
How is that possible?
AAM: Because it is more than one payment. (2)
AAM: [Delivery] will be in a whole variety of ways. Some will receive a letter; some will receive a phone call; some will simply find money in their accounts. (3)
And some have been distributed. Is that true?
AAM in mid-2015: Some have been released and some are underway. (4)
AAM in late 2015: That is why it is coming in waves. It is coming to those who are prepared. (5)
AAM by 2019: Correct. Yes. (6)
What of the Future?
Will there be one wave of abundance or many waves?
AAM: There will be several waves of abundance. So we give you the allowance and we see how you do.
If in your spiritual maturity, you go forth, and we believe you will (we strongly believe you will), [in the belief] that this unfoldment is underway and that you are demonstrating, not simply a primitive attitude or a tribal attitude but more of a global, universal attitude, then you are ready to not only meet with your star family but participate with them, their technology, their gifts, in community, to go forth in the next phase in the building of Nova Earth. (7)
What can we expect once the flow of money starts?
AAM: You [will be] given enormous, enormous sums of money. (8)
St. Germaine: I ask you to be prepared today, tomorrow, the next day, because once the flow begins, the world does not stop. Do you think the Mother creates and then stops? No. Well, neither do we.
It is the universal source or ATM. It does not run out. And you have need to reset your thinking, which means resetting your heart to receive and give, and receive and give, because it is the constant motion, with the explosion and implosion of creation in between. That is where you are going. (9)
What if things drag on seemingly forever?
AAM: In the current amorphous structure – well, amorphous as you know it – [in which] St. Germaine’s World Trust is tucked under that umbrella of prosperity packages, there is also the chance (because it is not written in stone, not even in amethyst), that if things do not go forward at a pace that is desirable for the unfoldment of the Mother, that he will proceed with the disbursement of his funds in a different way. (10)
