Monopolizing this site was not my intention,
but you want to know about the alliance. As an intermediary I do have first hand knowledge about the protocols. As I have no signed an NDA I can say some of what I know.
The legal team for CMKX was working with the joint chiefs of staff USA, at the time of the protocols.
With much legal expense and time, plus a court ordered adjudicated settlement agreed upon, the intermediaries were placed into these protocols.
Also the legal help needed to close some of the other intermediaries was also supported by this same legal team.
The gurus that give information to this public forum have nothing to do with the protocols.
They get their information primarily from banking sources and according to Judy, from an mid level contact at the treasury, a person who also has no say in the protocols.
Most of the individuals in the alliance are agency and departments. ..don't know the entire list. The obvious is Shelton, Powell,the navy admiral-G., D.o.D. seems to be Ash Carter, and the O.C.C-B.B, DHS :CF, Wells Fargo CEO/VP, Mnuchin, Defense Office....and about 40 others.....
and quite a few others.
