The Quantum financial system is here to replace the swift system. The Swift system is linked into the Federal Reserve and run by the Deep State. The new QFS is a digital, real-time system for moving money. It’s linked to Blockchain.
We know for a fact that the new system is running alongside the old system right now.
In the banks they are noticing the USN’s appear instead of the USD. The USN(United States Note) is the new digital US dollar.
The only thing the public will notice is a new dollar bill will come out in time.
