Those that know what to do with it, will all have it within 30 min. (Being Digital Soldiers, we will probably all have it in about 10 minutes.)
Everyone calls the main 800 # and are automatically routed to one of the 12 call centers. (This was already set up.)
The call center answers and asks: 1) do you have ZIM? [ Y ror N] 2) What Zip code do you want to go to?
(Nothing else is relevant. NO Q&A)
Operator transfers caller to proper Redemption or Exchange Center in the desired Zip Code. (This was already setup)
Redemption/Exchange Centers make their own appointments.
a. If you show up on time, with your ID and the hard Bonds/Currency in hand you proceed to the De La Rue.
b. If you do not have one of the items above, you are detained for questioning and Deeper Background Check. (NO Cabal allowed)
It does NOT add to the RISK factor that already exists. There is no MASTER schedule to be hacked. Create the Schedule on paper if Center doesn’t have a Calendar program.
