There is talk about a mini flash event followed by full disclosure that will separate the wheat from the chaff and make a clear distinction between the awakened and unawakened. There will be 5D bubbles with cities of light. There is said to already be small bubbles in uninhabited areas. It is said there will be a second Flash Event that will shift the earth's poles to cause tsunamis to wash the earth clean. I am not sure why that would be necessary but God likes to wash away iniquity with water. Those not in the Cities of Light will be removed from the surface either above or below and given the opportunity to ascend in crystal light chambers. They will be given the choice to return to Nova Gaia or become Galactics.
The truly evil will be sent to Cosmic Center and soulless clones will be put back in their boxes is how they put it. The idea of this is to create envy for those left out of the bubbles. After the second Flash bubbles will cover the world and Nova Gaia will be born. Every human soul will be given ample opportunity to participate in the transition but there may still be many that won't.
Many Galactics above and below are preparing to come to the surface to help us. An RV now to start helping people aquire abundance mentality with the activation of the QAS, after all the dark are gone, for everyone to achieve spiritual abundance to follow. People that go to live in the cities of light will not need money of course. All we can imagine will be supplied as well as much more.
This was all done in reverse during Adam and Eve's time as bubbles like the Garden of Eden were removed and all humanity tried to achieve separation from Source. We probably could have achieved a certain level of 3D peace and abundance if a few assholes who thought abundance should only be available to a privileged few hadn't of invited Dracos and Reptilians into our midst. The families of these assholes still exist and they will pay for their crimes against humanity.
Humanity will return to Source again and the dark from all corners of the multiverses will quake in fear as Divine has decreed that all the dark ones will be removed and we are the only ones that can accomplish that task.
This is how I understand that the Divine Plan will unfold. As I have said before don't bother using your RV money to try and create Nova Gaia. God will do that. Put money into new technologies that will ease suffering from lack for now.
This is why many people in America who believe the doom and gloomers are getting upset with President Trump's lack of crying wolf and doing more against the illusion of despair that is being promoted. He knows these things are coming but I think he thought they would have started by now. Now he knows why they haven't started yet. He needs to start it with an RV. An RV started by humans would prove to God that we are at least trying to do better. God helps those who help themselves. Trump seems to be having trouble convincing his team of this.
