Trump speech at Southcom! Banks doubles down! Gavin did what??

President Trump just had a very powerful speech at Southcom today. He emphasized taking down drug cartels and trafficking. 120 metric tons were seized and cartel submarines. President Trump mentioned the first of this year, he began the surge of military assets to take down the drug cartel. Powerful statements such as: "showing (Cartels) no Mercy", "you (cartels) Will not threaten our citizens", "you (cartels) Will not poison our children", and "we will find you, we will stop you and put everybody that we find behind bars, if you're lucky".
Arrested over 1000 drug traffickers; stopped 3 narco submarines caught with poisonous drugs. Then trolled the drug cartel by asking the Admiral what to do with the drugs? Burn it!
This is a huge speech because it also addresses those involved in the cartel. The cartel from any coast or border will not destroy America. But who else are involved?
