I am sorry about your situation but many dinar dealers will give you 70% of what you paid for your currencies.

I have sold mine back many times.

That is $700 for a million dinar.

I would call Xchange dinar or tampa dinar or google, sell dinar or travelx or Amex... Or contact travel agencies or airports... I sure and hell would not let a bunch of crew cuts take my cash stash.
