Dear Patrick,

Please consider this article for publication.

Hi, Everyone,

In response to the article by “Steve Beckow: When the Reval Hits…,” I would like to say a few words about this great distractor to our humanitarian projects, the shopping spree, or as I call it, mindless spending.

I don’t think anyone, with exceedingly few exceptions, has any real concept of just how much money that will be provided to us on our currency exchange, redemption day. As others have already said, and if the rumors are correct, the amounts we receive will be staggering, and unbelievable, at least, it will be for me. I come from a long line of “have nots,” those of us whose lives included many years of hard work for, much of the time, little pay. Maybe some of you can relate to that. We have had what we needed, but never what we wanted. To be, all of a sudden, thrust above the exalted ranks of today's super rich may play a multitude of games on ones perception of things. Why, you could buy all the cars, jets, yachts, jewels, mansions, etc., you’ve ever dreamed of (and I know, some people can dream pretty big) and when all the dust had settled from all of that power shopping, the amounts spent on these new toys and possessions would barely be noticeable on your bank balances.

However, I think there is a big difference between buying things just to have them (hey world, look at me!) and buying things to aid in furthering our humanitarian projects. For instance, let’s take the example of attaining the once unattainable possession – the private jet (or any other item you might think as big ticket and lavish). To own a private jet would indeed, tell the world that we have “made it,” that we are people of means. But that would be very 3D of us and not consistent with our 5-6D future and the mindset that goes with it. If, however, we buy that jet to reach more people more efficiently, to do more humanitarian work, to travel to places to learn new methods of doing “this” or operating “that,” then a new jet, I think, would be justified. Did you know that Finland has almost no homeless people in their nation. They provide homes, jobs, education, and any other help the homeless might need to get those people back on their feet. And their system works. I want to learn more about that!

I will have humanitarian projects and job creation projects in the Philippines, where I currently live. But also in the US when I return there, and in Africa, where my brother operates an orphanage, and where I briefly lived, and in Ukraine where a lady friend of mine wants to run a dog shelter for any and all strays that come her way. This is her life desire and a worthy cause for our furry friends.

Some will say that all of this necessary travel could be done through the airlines. That is true. But traveling with the airlines wastes many hours in lines, in check-ins, in just plain sitting and waiting for your flight. And then these flights only land at the big cities of the world. A private jet can land much closer to your final destination, saving you countless hours in your humanitarian work schedule. Much better to arrive at the airport, get on your plane, and go.

This is only one example of how purchasing big ticket items does not need to be looked on as a bad or negative thing. I know my argument is a little off the topic of “the shopping spree” (indeed, to be guarded against) but not of mindless spending. I think if the purchase and use of any item, no matter how big or small, that will further your job creation projects and humanitarian work around the world can only be a good thing. What do you think? Anything we can do to ease the suffering of mankind across the globe that is in align with God’s plan should, I think, be pursued, if you are called in that direction.

Comments and criticisms will be appreciated, if you are called in the direction.

PS Thank you for all of the work you do for this forum and the new world ahead.
