I don't know why but my mind flew back to first grade. There were about 5 reading groups. I was in the dummy -- what is your major malfunction-- group.
Fortunately I asked my older sisters for help one evening and leaped to the advanced reading group overnight.
Sounding out consonants and vowels. Okay. I get it.
I was in my own attention deficit world and the pattern of my sisters teaching me what the school was failing at, became the common thread for me leaping from dumb to smart overnight.
Too bad my sisters will not allow me to rescue them from dumb.
They can't wait to vote for creeper and the witch.
Once I was free from schools shoving their brainwashing into my ears I found self education was a superior form of learning. The internet is not a cesspool of wildeyed conspiracy minded whackaholics but the place where whistleblowers upload revelations that are to truth what sugar is to candy.
