Fri. July 31 2020 Q went silent.
Sun. evening 3 Aug. 2020 and because of complications engrained in Communist Party rule, China became the last country to leave the Cabal’s SWIFT Global Monetary System and go onto the new and totally transparent CIPS Global Monetary System.
By the next day at 12 noon EDT Mon. 3 Aug. steps had been taken so that Tier 4b (us, the Internet Group) could obtain a Secured Website that contained instructions on how to obtain an individual 800# to call and receive a redemption/ exchange appointment.
That evening of Mon. 3 Aug. at 11:15 pm EDT all currencies came up on bank screens with live new rates. The Zim currency (not the Zim Bond) was supposed to be live at around 9 pm EDT Tues. 4 Aug. The new gold/ asset-backed US Treasury Note (USTN) and Dragon Bonds were trading on the international market.
By Wed. 5 Aug. morning they had completed processing all of the yellow Historical Dragon Bonds, with more to go. Once the bonds were completed it would allow Tier 4B (us, the Internet Group) to be sent notification.
Evidently this last week certain politicians headed by Nancy Pelosi were paying hackers to block the release and the RV couldn’t happen until the problem was resolved. On that same Wed. 5 Aug. President Trump had a more than two hour private meeting with Pelosi. She was told to get the hackers and political interfering out of the way of the release and Tier 4b start, or she would be forced out of the way.

1. Multiple times over the past several days HSBC Hong Kong tried to send out the Tier 4B notification emails but were blocked by the US. 2. The IMF and US were liable to pay for the ICC imposed fines and compounded interest being recorded in receipts for REAL payments for every day that Tier 4B notifications were not sent.
3. Trump agrees with DoD's security priorities enough to be willing to pay the fines & interest but Trump wants everything to move much faster. Trump was still negotiating the way to pay these daily accruing amounts out of RV Tier 1 allocations for the US. We would see what came out of the ICC arbitration hearings in the next 24+ hours.
4. The TTM processing globally of the Dragon Bonds this week encompassed such large amounts of liquidity that to allocate tranches of liquidity to accounts they had to break up the bond types and do them in batches, and then verify, check and review each hypothecation and movement of liquidity. It has taken longer than expected, now estimated to be done by Sun. night 9 Aug, though much sooner than the original finish estimated date of next Fri. 14 Aug.
5. Trump used what he called a "trump card" on Pelosi in a 2+ hour meeting last night Wed. 5 Aug. Trump communicated the equivalent of a "check-mate" on her and the Deep State's recent campaigns of hacker harassment and political interference to delay the RV release.
6. The ICC (World Court) arbitration hearings between the Trump team and the Chinese have pressured Trump in recent meetings to put pressure on and hold accountable key people on the RV teams to get the Dragon Bond processing done earlier than at first expected, to get the "brick-by-brick" verification, review, audit process moving as fast as possible and was pushing the DoD security teams and Homeland Security to bring maximum crack-down and arrest pressure on Deep State hold-outs who may still be foolish enough to ignore the fact that stopping the RV was a lost cause for them and who keep trying to interfere politically with the RV release process at this late date.
7. There was much less interference now from Deep State operatives than in past weeks but hold-outs like Pelosi (Nadler et al) who were paying hackers and agitators still needed the proverbial prosecution threat "slap upside the head."
8. August was still the month. Look to Tier 4b starting at any time as early as next week and pray that every interfering Force of Darkness—wherever they may be among Black Hats or even among White Hats — was exposed by God’s light and removed to pave the way to manifest this release now.
