Taking Tish's YouTube article at face value (because the source of info for the YouTube is Al Jazeera [lol] ); it looks as if a major news source in the ME is stating that nothing has changed in Iraq related to giving Iraqi citizens basic services….Why? Because of corruption and incompetence, even in areas where most of the Iraqi oil is situated. Protestors are protesting to get these basic services and are being shot by Militias? Sound familiar? Nothing has changed.

All this other talk about corruption, politics, on and on and on is so much bull. No country on earth is uncorrupted, so it will happen exactly when it needs to save the FIAT disaster

I agree with you to a point jsl. These types of articles/news pieces, continue to highlight the truth that Iraq is not and never will be, the lynch pin for anything. It is a very easy scapegoat until the ptb decide to initiate the gct.

I am intrigued with how asset backed currency might work to be a somewhat permanent fix to the fiat fiasco. But I am sure the ptb will figure a way around it and screw that up also.

Well, an asset backed system never falls to a value of zero. A fiat system can completely collapse

Charlie the USA has had this asset valued many years ago, last I heard which is a few years ago now it sits ariund 600 trillion in assets, that may have changed by now
